Shipping Policy

Effective Date: April 13, 2025

We currently ship Neuralixir only within the United States. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipped via standard carriers.


1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak times (launch, restocks, or promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — Rates calculated at checkout

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — When available

All delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.


4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking number shows your package as delivered, but you haven’t received it, please first:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)

5. Shipping Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect address entries.


6. International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international customers soon.
