Refund Policy

We want you to love Neuralixir—but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our product, we do not accept returns on opened packages.
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
2. Refunds (If Applicable)
To request a refund, email us at support@neuralixir.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the request
- Photos of the issue (if applicable)
Once we review your request, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- First, check your bank account
- Then contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund officially posts

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds on:
- Opened or used product
- Orders placed in error
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
6. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information. If your order was marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
